Pick your backpack up and go for a journey

☕ Have you ever felt stuck or stressed in the noise of the city? Waking up at 6 am, going to bed at 12 pm, spend most of the day with tasks, deadlines, KPIs and so on, which are always repeated by your boss every day you come to the company. That seems like the way we enjoy our city life, the busier you are, the more important things you miss, and there will come a time when you ask yourself:

"If everything goes on like this, who will I be and where will I be in this city?"

We - young people living in the city, actually suffer much more pressure than we think. In this thriving city, our life is just like a bus, having to move all day without stopping. Every day, we have to get on the bus on time, join the flow of people to the busy center, exhaust most of our day and mind for work without getting worthy results and awards at all, that makes even the most resilient people feeling exhausted and depressed. At that moment, you realize that you are no different from an item, which is delivered to the company at 7:40 am if you can catch the bus at 6:30; and will be sent back to home at 8:00 pm if there are less traffic jams in the center. Then you will struggle in a small rental house for dinner, house cleaning,... until midnight before going to bed to rest. You want to stop living like that, but you can't. You keep getting into work because you know that you don't have enough time to rest and live for yourself.

When you are too tired, so stuck in this city, why not give yourself a chance to travel somewhere, somewhere far from this busy city, to forget all your troubles. You go there to enjoy the joys of life and above all you go there to know that you are alive and you have to live a meaningful, happy life to deserve it. Today, many young people choose to pick up their backpack and travel to some new places to enrich their lives. Traveling on dust, traveling alone, traveling with close friends or even going with strangers who share the same destination,... those are the ways they choose and you can choose to enjoy the meaning of life.

1. Travel to better morale

Travel helps open your mind and bring you positive things that benefit your spirit and make you happy. In addition, it also helps you to have new and unique perspectives on life. A travel helps you feel wonderful and refreshed both physically and mentally, something you forgot to cherish and protect while living in the city. In addition, finding out a new place, a new cultural will cheer your spirit and stimulate your eagerness to learn new things in the place you arrive. Gradually all that knowledge will accumulate in your mind, helping you to tolerate a large amount of knowledge after each trip.

2. Travel to search for freedom

When traveling, especially when traveling alone, you have the freedom to do what you want without limitation, then you will be completely in control of your own time and life. There are no longer the pressures and obstacles that hold you back like you would in the city. You have complete control over everything and determine exactly what you really want to do.

3. Travel to know more about yourself

Have you ever wondered what you really want, who you really are in this life, I think you must have been. Everyone wants to be happy and successful, but not everyone can do it. In order to have those things, we chase, follow after great things outside and forget the important thing that happiness and success both come from our own interior, not from anywhere other. And traveling is a great opportunity to know more about yourself and also the best way for you to know who you are in this life.

4. Travel to find the inherent balance

And most of all, traveling is about finding balance, something you've lost a long time while living in the city. Going to a place so far, so quiet and regaining balance in life, that is the way many young people look for when backpacking on the way to travel, for them to say, even if they have to travel alone or not, it doesn't matter. Traveling alone does not mean that you are alone, that means you need to be alone in a quiet space, leaving everything behind after stressful working days. And during those trips, places that are often not frequented by people like the Northwest or the unspoiled natural space like the highlands,... are their great choices.

And I believe that restarting yourself is what you will feel most clearly after each long trip. You will have time to calm down, listen to your heartbeat, orient your future, the dreams that you are cherishing. Then when you return to urban life, you will see more clearly everything, know what to do for the next few days.

……………….

There are plenty of other interesting reasons for you to start planning a trip for yourself right now. What you get before, during and after each trip will be very valuable, it is enough for you to overcome the worries, reasons that are blocking your feet. Explore the world with your own eyes, it will be much more interesting than you just only see it on the screen or hear it from your friends' conversations, it will be a new perspective on life that you have never seen. You will get to know the new people, make new friends and get new experiences that will be something you will keep in mind for life.

The road is at our feet, just go and it will come.
