Have you ever asked yourself where is a free space or a gap in your life? There are more than one hundred definitions for a "GAP" in all fields when we google it on the Internet. And the following are the typical ones: a gap means a break in continuity, a hole in an object or between two objects or a period of time spent doing something. Also, Procrastination is the avoidance of doing a task that needs to be accomplished by a certain deadline. We might hear about this word more in the office work. Both words would be considered as the synonyms though they have some differs.
According to an article on Wikipedia, suicide in Japan becomes a major national issue. Seventy-one of suicides in Japan were male and it is leading the death of men aged 20 to 44. As with many other countries, factors in suicides include unemployment, stagnation, recession and social pressure. Depression remained at the top reasons rising 7.1 percent from 2010 to 2011.
Take a look at a simple example that you are on the way to conquer the Everest Mount. After one hour, inside informs that you are tired. What will you do then? You will take a short break or continue your work? Some might choose the second option due to some possible reasons: they had set their goals to reach the top in a week for instance, and they could be able to complete that goal if they stop in the middle. Or they believe that they are strong enough to keep climbing. Goals in this example, could be regarded as the deadline. This example related to physical health and people finds it easy to know when they are tired and need a short break.
Unfortunately, the major of suicides were mostly those who work in the office or students. Why we have this strange? Because being tired in metal health seems to be harder to recognize than that in physical health. We definitely are not able to keep doing exercise in three or four hours continuously, but we could sit down to work and study in the same period of time or even more. That leads to the fact that many people work so many hours then, they achieve less than their effort since their minds were divided too much.
“I choose a lazy person to do a hard job. Because a lazy person will find an easy way to do it.”
- Bill Gates

However, they could teach others who work hard as my above mention how to control the time and energy to improve the efficiency in work and life. As a ted talk of Van Bo Le - Mentzel that What is the best time for us to be creative? And it is when we are free!. When we are free, both physical and mental are relax, we easily become more creative. In a simple way, we could do whatever we desire to do include playing a musical instrument, designing something, talking with friends and relatives and etc.
