MAKE YOURSELF HAPPY

šŸŒ»šŸŒ» You only have one life to live and experience, every passing moment will never come back. So, no matter who you are, what you have achieved, the most important thing you need to do is live happily and enjoy every moment of your life. But happiness is not an easy thing to get. This life is inherently chaotic and so messy, thatā€™s how life is, it tries to beat you over and over again, make you tired and give up finding happiness for yourself. But do you know? Happiness is not really that hard to achieve, sometimes all you need is just to create your own happiness, instead of waiting for it. Life isn't long enough for you to wait for an event, a date or a specific person to come and bring you happiness. And why do you have to wait for happiness while you can bring it to yourself?

Happiness is your own choice. Donā€™t let anything or anyone rob you from your own way of being happy. You have the ability to control your own emotions, so you should be the one who makes decisions for your way of happiness. And there are a few small things you can try to make yourself feel more positive and happy.


1. Know what is your happiness

ā€œSometimes in life, we see things in a vague way and we can miss the best opportunity. The worst thing is that we don't realize it or realize it very lateā€

We, who all live in the world, crave happiness. But when we talk about happiness, we often think only of the complete things. Very few people know that happiness is simply measured by peace of their minds. It does not come from something too noble, but comes from the simple, incomplete things of life. No one except you can tell you what makes you happy, and youā€™ll have to find it on your own. Listen carefully to your wishes and your souls, then think twice about whatā€™s your real expectation for happiness. After doing that, youā€™ll have had a chance to know more about what makes you truly happy.


2. Realize your worth

"Value is inherent in you, it's your job to discover them"

Realizing your self-worth is extremely necessary and important because it helps you feel better about everything around you, every moment of your life will be more meaningful and worthwhile. It gives you more motivation and confidence to move on in this difficult life. It also gives you opportunities to love and cherish yourself more. And above all, understanding yourself will give you more reasons to be happy with your life.


3. Make friends with people who truly bring you joy and happiness

We are often influenced by the people around us, more or less. Surrounding yourself with someone who doesn't like you or support you anything will make you mentally worse if you let them do it. It'll be a waste of time to be with such people. So if you see the people surrounding you are the poison to your happiness, letā€™s be brave, put an end to those relationships. Alone is much better than having to stay with those who hold us back. Don't be afraid of it, I do believe that if you really want to live a positive, happy life and make it seriously, life will give you many other opportunities to meet and bond with other people who can do it with you. Remember: Sometimes you have to accept to let go of some things in your life, not because you are not good enough, but because you deserve better!


4.Create good habits

Habit is very important. If you ever try to quit a habit, you will see very clearly how ingrained it is. Once something becomes your habit, itā€™ll be difficult for you to quit it. So, practice to make positive habits as a part of your daily life. It is those good habits that will determine how you see life and how happy you are. Here are a few good habits you should have for your happiness


šŸ€ Be grateful to others

šŸ€ Smile a lot

šŸ€ Take care of your health (exercise regularly, get enough sleep, eat properly, ...)

šŸ€ Learn to play a sport

šŸ€ Accept bad moments in your life

šŸ€Keep in constant contact with family and friends

You don't have to have all the good habits to feel happy. Just create for yourself a few habits like the list above and you'll already feel a big change inside you. Just take it easy and practice them one by one. Everything will be fine too.
